SinknBlink is the newest and most charming addition to Rocks and Roses Farmstay — a truly unique guesthouse built around beautifully restored caravan rooms, all under one roof. Inside you’ll find two cosy caravan bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a welcoming dining area with a braai for relaxed gatherings.
Step out onto the spacious verandah, where two additional caravans look out over green pastures, glowing Highveld sunsets, and a distant waterfall whose gentle sound can be heard at night. The character of SinknBlink lies in its varnished, rusted corrugated iron walls — the “sink” that softly “blinks” in the light.
SinknBlink is also ideal for intimate celebrations and special moments. It’s a lovely setting for small gatherings of up to 12 guests, whether you’re planning a graduation, baby shower, kitchen tea, year-end function, or a birthday party shared with close friends and family. Pour your favourite drink, wrap yourself in one of our soft fleecy blankets, and come experience farm-style outdoor living — with comfort, charm, and a touch of magic.
